My first doll I just didnt know how to take care of it well and attempting too many mating presses resulted in a ruined crotch. doll 2 onwards are still in working order after 3 or 4 years.

used a serrated blade

heavy duty scissors that are normally used for tailoring
You can mess with the mesh joints but they were tough and i gave up after the first one. took a few days doing it an hour or two at a time. the skeleton itself was just folded up and put in the trash. TPE was shawshanked out.

a knife wont be enough, i had to take a new pair of scissors to it for a few hours. even an exacto knife was not enough
