That's pretty much my exact fantasy with my waifu as well. We'd live in a small cabin in the woods, far enough away so we'd be relatively removed from everyone, but still close enough to town for practical reasons. She'd run a coffehouse of sorts in town, and I'd split my time between looking after the house, and volunteering at a local orphanage.

I too like to think of you guys and your wives as our friends there. It would be comfy as hell.

First commission of the waifu is done, and I have to say I'm incredibly happy with it. There should be a few more in the coming weeks hopefully. I can also now understand why Gazerfag gets so many commissions, it's so nice to be able to see her come to life in art.
