I never said that that's why I stopped reading. You're reading too much into what I'm saying. I said I didn't like it, I was asked why, I gave a few reasons. I didn't say they were incredibly horrible things, I just said I didn't like them. I ultimately stopped reading because I didn't like the author's writing. Not because characters were fleshed out, not because there was so many PoV changes in so few chapters. I just didn't like it that much and decided to read something else.

One day I plan to go back and finish it. It was not so bad that I would never again read it. I said "I didn't like it", not that I hated it. It was not exceptional, but it was not bad. It was average for me, and incited no emotion.

It was not a bad book, I just didn't enjoy it. In fact, I'd go so far as to say it's a good book, and I will probably enjoy it when I come back to it. But at this point in time I did not enjoy it. Do not take this personally. I am not decrying your intelligence or claiming you have bad tastes. I am simply saying that my tastes differ from yours on this subject, and possibly and most likely many other subjects as well
