Here's two, this is how I've been doing it. The first one teleports you to Grove Street. The second one is the same thing, but it teleports you into Caligula's casino interior next to a roulette table.

The only difference between an overworld tele and an interior tele is using "setElementInterior" followed by the interior number (in this case 1) and then the coordinates you want the player to warp to in said interior. As a side note, be sure to use local variables whenever possible.
