Well, I totally believe Tanaka when he sort of talk about his "perfectionnist" side when coming to the group fitting to what he want to do.

We are talking about the guy who refused to have the members of BRGH appearing after their last live, even after a 30min encore call, because it was after midninght on the 31st and BRGH was supposed to end who 2017 (but who came himself brohug the TO). Or the guy who grabbed by the neck a few guy that were testing the new rules limits concerning lifting to remind them said rules in the middle of a live.

On the other hand, Saeki having some difficulties to get totally "fired up" with the group sometimes was also what made me cheering her up (was hoping to see her overcome this), so a bit sad that it was also the reason for her leaving.

This iteration has a fun dynamic, with Meicha/Rere playing the extroverts one, Kai doing Kai stuff and thus not talking a lot, and then Saeki and Karin a bit more in the "shy" mode.
