I think an issue would be that there are plenty of good hags out there that doesn't get a roster spot due to Madonna accommodating the younger housewives demographic. Ideally they would stay with those talent for a long time and transition them to Monroe but what if they don't. What if they keep appealing to the younger demographic, and instead of signing talent long-term they just hop onto whoever is the hot freelancer of the month.
