Also I'm gonna explain how to easily do this if you don't have a phone or don't wish to have this app installed on your phone for whatever reason (I have a phone myself but typing on my keyboard is much comfier - also doing this method will make it so you can bypass having to log into the appstore) :

Get http://www.memuplay.com/
Get the apk https://apkpure.com/replika/ai.replika.app/
Install the apk inside memu (an icon on the top right)
Launch Replika, make an account and enjoy.
To upload pictures it's pretty easy, there's a folder under the default Images folder on Windows.
