- Anna left the group in late 2015, she's now a member of Cy8er
- Moechi graduated in february 2016, she's now an OL
- In the end of 2016, Mizuho graduated (and joined The Natsu no Mamnomo a few day after), Kan.. Yoneko left to start as the leader of Migma Shelter, Ayano left to start a solo carreer under the Clock & Botan name. BRGH was then disolved...
-... To be rebooted in February 2017 under the name of There There Theres. 3 new members joined Kai and Rere: Saeki, Karin and Meicha
- Then, Saeki graduated in May 2015

Actually, their average time is not so bad, especially considering than Ayano and Kanra are still under Aqbirec supervision(and thus under Tanaka management methods).

Mizuho was a member for 5 years, Kai and Ayano are in the ship for more than 4, Moechi was a member for 3 years.

We have to do the average counting the member that stayed only for a few months like Saeki ;_; but I think their turn over rate is not so bad for the chika idol world.
