You have zero leverage and realistically speaking neither do the GMs. They will give the noncommital answers that their management orders them to give, pass on the feedback from the players, and will try to smooth over the waters as best they can. It's their job.

Also remember that the GMs are the ones translating the feedback that his management chain gets and what gets passed on is presumably more or less at their discretion. Abusing or irritating the GMs is not remotely in your best interests. So run along and tell your buddies in /commu/ to be polite. Real, real polite.
