Real question: Should Lambdadelta really be classified as a villain?

I've seen a lot of theorizing about Lambdadelta, Takano, and Satoko here, but nobody's been asking the really important question about all this.

Why does Lambdadelta have a Greek name when she's blonde and pale as milk?
