Well, first you look for a subject and the main verb.
Look for が for a subject and for the end of the sentence for the main verb.
Here, it's オレたち and 抜く.
Then look for an object of the verb, if there's one. It's marked by pre...I mean postposition. を、に、へ. Here we have 手 marked by を.
So we have "We"+"ease up"(hand+omit turns into this. You just have to remember it)

wake ni ha ikanai literally means "it can't pass up as a reason". A dictionary gives us a more proper meaning "impossible to do (although wants to); cannot afford to; must not; no way we can" So what we have is "there's no reason we can ease up on (this)"
だろう is just an ending showing confidence in what he says.
