Sotsu's ending is already ruled out though, and Meguri is supposed to have a different ending. Really, even if he does push it in a blatant way, contradicting Ryukishi's ending, it will basically just end up as a new Miotsukushi. Alternate ending that gets ignored by everything else.

I was just hoping he could include the "lovers" line from the Lambda/Bern speech, but he's probably going for something different.
