Remember the pseudo-normalfag fa/tg/uy playing through Tsukihime for the first time? As a piece of entertainment, I loved it.

I gave it to my girlfriend about a month ago, she completed Arc's route and loved it too. Then she began Ciel's route (It's fine) and while I was at a party tonight I got a text message with the words 'This chair.' repeated several dozen times.

She has many wonderful qualities aside from playing this VN, and our 1 1/2 year relationship continues to change and grow in love. But tonight was different. It's like the barriers between my different lives (successful business student/chan-dweller) broke down. I had never felt so understood. The reference was so perfectly judged as to be like something out of a VN.

She's so gorgeous, /jp/. I love her from the pit of my corroded, anonymous soul. Every fuck we have is raw and passionate. Every conversation has meaning. We argue, but without crisis there is no real change.

Uh... just finished Tsukihime for the first time on Arcuied's path where she goes back to sleep to save Shiki from herself. It was a lot of reading, the ero-scenes were dodgy and I think I got every bad end possible, but it was lovely.
