If you haven't noticed an overall decline in /jp/'s quality over the 2 or so years it has been around you are only fooling yourself.

This board definitely needs a dedicated moderator, but moot doesn't care enough to give us one. The reason we are "raided" so often, and plagued with shitty posts is because there is nobody to punish those who are making the board worse than it already is.

Pretty much, if you're saying we don't need a dedicated moderator you are insanely deluded and should take a good hard look at the board then come back with an educated opinion.
