Now lets put the pieces together.

Yui is a woman that does a high stress and exhausting job. The probability with her devolving a Cortisol deficiency is higher than almost all other demographics.

Assuming Koba wants to keep tours on the road, and considering the nature of the business, i don't think he'd look past a medical solution. If Yui had developed a Cortisol deficiency while touring or prior and was stressed, making her take Hydrocortisone would make sense.

If she had been taking enough over a long period of time, it's likely her face would swell up, she would become increasingly depressed and suffer from sporadic pains around her body.
If someone was dumb enough to try and offset Yui's pain with pain killers he could be possibly making things worse by ignoring these negative symptoms.

She's well on her way to developing something similar to Cushing disease and... well just look that up on google.

It seems with her current ill health problems and all to coincidental weight problems the symptoms are lining up.

anyway that's my opinion and why i think it, i hope a more experienced doctor on here can confirm or dismantle these suspicious for me.

tl:dr; possible medical abuse happening to Yui, current medical status might be explained by Hydrocortisone abuse.
