I don't have pictures of those outfits to reference, but I found one from last summer.

The costumes are shitty and tube shaped, but you can see in this pic that they're basically form fitting and her back looks back-shaped. In that gif, unless you think Yui became a hunchback in the months between those two shows, there is clearly something protruding around her lower back.

I saved that gif from a jap fan site where they were making the same obversation.
