Geinin is the obvious answer but it's not everyone's cup of tea. You can also start with Naisho de Genkai Toppa or Naniwa Nadeshiko. For more recent stuff, Manabukun can be amazing if the topic is good, but the best part is usually the roke segment at the end.
There's a ton of webshows like Yattandei Tuesday, You'll Got NMB, You Gotta NMB, Mogu Mogu Tabi. I tend to only watch the ones that have lineupsI like because there's so much stuff to watch, but they're usually really fun. And there's YNN. Best part here imo is the "Member presents..." roke stuff, and the camp/24hour specials of course.
