anon who made it, it's easy:
-use select-by-color and mess with the threshold until it selects most of what you need
-keep adding to the selection until it's complete
-use lasso select/polygonal select to fine-tune if it you're autistic enough (if you're super autistic, only use this and skip select-by-color)
-copy and paste selection (i.e. hair, I used a separate layer for each eye as well) to a new layer so that you can manage it individually without fucking anything else up
>use hue/saturation tool to fine-tune colors
You can also use solid-fill color layers of the selection area at low-medium opacity if you just need to "tint" something but that's the basics, you can get more autistic depending on desired results.
