What makes you say that? I think it's a fair hypothesis to assume Erika's blue hair was not her original color but rather something granted by Bern upon becoming her piece, in the same way Lambda gave Yasu blonde hair that matched her own.
Lambda's acknowledgment also solidified Yasu's status as a witch, allowing for her to manifest with a female body in the meta world. Taking all that into account, there's nothing to say that Bern wouldn't give her piece a similar blessing, especially since she's supposed to be her body double. This granting and subsequent taking away of blessings can be used to explain the inconsistencies in Erika's design, giving an actual reason for why her breasts randomly increase or decrease in cup size.
