It might be wednesday on the snow miku stream, since it mentions latest news on Piapro Characters products. Since they were aiming for an august release for NT, they certainly have her design already (maybe even merch to capitalize on the hype).

Though a new Miku design is larger than the Snow Miku design, so it would probably be an announcement of the reveal at best instead of the reveal (and they just announce some new figures or something).
