How does Putin go from entry-level paper-pushing nobody in the KGB to de-facto dictator of Russia in under 12 years? How do Chinese hackers keep breaching computers of major US Defense contractors, despite the vastly superior pool of trained IT experts available to the US? Why are US drones, the most sophisticated in the world, suddenly falling from the sky?

Why is the world hegemon suddenly faltering, and all these selfish, violent states suddenly gaining ground so fast? It defies all logical expectations. There's but one explanation.

The Lunarians are meddling once again.
