News summary:
-Friend Fleet is planned for full implementation with Phase 2, like we knew already.
-For the fifth anniversary, a ship that fought valiantly at the Battle of Leyte Gulf will be implemented. The hints are that despite being a small ship, the American escort vessel that tried to protect a carrier from Kurita's fleet and sunk.
Before you jump to conclusions that it is Sammy B, which would be great, do consider that Johnston and Hoel were also escort vessels and sunk protecting the escort carriers. The term used, 護衛艦艇, isn't specific to DEs, but I myself would put my money on Sammy B. Let us wait, however.
-Isokaze Kai B
-A Kai Ni implementation, but there seems to be no hints as to who or what type of ship it's for
About phase 2:
-Database modernization
-A lottery(?) for changing servers
-HTML5 migration
-Phase 2 will be implemented between the Spring mini-event (again, no hints as to what this even means) and the summer.
