Tantus is a great doll. Definitely one of the Taeyangs I wanted to buy when I was actively collecting Pullips. I have 3 shelves of pullips on display, and the top shelf has the rococo/french dolls (Marie Anne, Alberic, Cavalie). Tantus would look so perfect alongside them.

Resin dolls can range in price depending on size and company. Chinese dolls are around $300 for MSD size, $400 for 60 cm.

If you're willing to drop that much on a doll, you have no need to worry. You could buy two Dollfie Dreams direct from Volks (lottery or pre-order, read the guide) for $1,100. Check Mandarake and Y!JA for second-hand dolls at really cheap prices. Most dolls on Mandy are in perfect condition, save a few stains from dark clothing. These can be removed with a product called RemoveZit, which is made for removing fabric stains from vinyl dolls.

You can save even more money by buying the head you want separately from the body.
