She's always been weird, it's what people liked about her. Noel's my oshi so I kind of have to like her but I rarely watch her outside collabs unless nothing is on but she has grown on me with time. Like I said, you can't really hate her when you love Noel.
She's always cared very much about her image. Being shipped with Noel and being labelled the "man" in the relationship got to her and why her and Noel moved their friendship out of the spotlight among other things.
She wouldn't let Miko make her in WWE because Miko was making everyone look goofy.
Maybe it just stems from her first design that she felt held her back from the rest of Sankisei that skyrocketed to the top while leaving her behind. Or maybe in real life she's just unpopular and not good looking so those things get to her. Who can say for sure except Flare. At least she's having fun and her new design is a vast improvement.
