For Viet I just place noodles in the spoon without raising my spoon and chopsticks 5cm from the bowl. I, myself eat the noodles and beef separately as I eat them by dipping them into the sriracha/hoisin sauce. I was told there is the female way of doing where you stack everything on the spoon.

I don't know about the others but if I see anyone raising their chops in the air with noodles, I think of them as a dumb dumb.
