Yes. That's the scenario you're proposing. They're making an entire ritual all about killing Keitaro. So you don't get to say that he's nothing and they aren't even looking at them, just at each other (to explain away the group seen by Inori's eyes).

Even in Marutake's story, those were crazy unstable people though, not part of a religious ritual.

Kururu is breaking tenants in the first place by doing the whole spy shit, which is why she had to got through a purifying ritual. I doubt she'd suddenly reveal everything that happened since it'd also implicate her, which is why she was so angry in the first place. It's also her sin.
