Given how much isekai I have watched depending on where you land you might have to conceal the fact that you are from another world, having strange tech from the get go is asking for unwanted attention, some nuki might want to monopolize you or you could attract the attention of nobility and be confined to some castle, too many variables to predict reasonably, myself I wouldn't want anything but some clothes, muh nicotine and non addictive alcohol from that new world.
