/jp/, yesterday I watched a video in niconico. When I watched it, it looked nice, crisp and the volume was good as well. I wanted to watch it again today, and to my displeasure it is now in low quality and has much noise in it.

Is this just me or does it happen often? Is it to make me buy a premium account, then?
