Yes, in many ways, because it's not a translator, it's an AI that been trained in many things and languages. And unlike any other Machines Translators, it can even explain it's translation choices. Something that Happened to me recently was it bringing up "Maintenance" while refereeing to a Honey Bee using nectar to masturbate. I thought it was just "Hallucinating" (A term used to describe an AI making something up as if it was a fact) and what I discovered was a single post on a rom hacking site in 2016 used the exact phrasing in the exact context for the exact same species of monster girls.
