Mind you, if it ever got out that she was married to Kakihara, I don't think it would affect her much at all. Most people would expect her to be married at this point. It's Kakihara's involvement with Kiramune that's the problem. But, seeing as how fans are taking other relationship "scandals" about seiyuu-idols, I think he'll be fine, too.
