Be warned, though, that SRPG Maker 95 is ancient. It felt more primitive than RM95 when I played around with it. I don't think it even has "undo".

There is a more recent clone called SRPG Studio. I have not used it, but it's probably what you should be interested in. You can buy it on DLsite and Steam.
