That string from my image posted above is just what sharex shit out for that specific title. Some games it'll put the games name in the file name some the engine etc. I'm not entirely sure but I think the 10 random numbers and letters are always there even if it puts the games title or engine before hand. Here's an example screenshot I took on cafe stella with sharex, game name then the random shit.
