To summarize, Raiko as a nuker regardless of enemy type is insanely strong for a general character, though still inferior to Tenshi, Yuuka, Loli Yuyuko and Murasa (with the chapter 3 act 2 5* farmable story card). Raiko's LW damage is on par with Toyohime's LW (Anti-Gensokyo proc included).
