You probably can search for those pictures since I'm sure many Japanese sites will repost or archive them. Kamisaki Shiori posted old pics of her schooldays in twitter years ago, it's a pain to check them on twitter itself but I just search for her name plus something like "high school picture" or something in Japanese, and sure enough found plenty of sites and archived 2ch threads talking about those posts with the pictures themselves there. Depends on the popularity of the subject, I guess.
