Yes, but I don't have a proper bench / barbell / squat rack yet (saving for them), so I'm just using a couple of 16kg (~ 35lbs) each dumbbells. I've become significantly more muscular and stronger to the point where people comment on it, feels good, a long way to go yet though.

It's surprising how quickly you improve if you keep at it, I've gone from not being able to do them at all to a current record of 7 if I hammer grip (each hand facing a different way) in about 1.5 months. Try doing negatives off a stepladder / chair to begin with.

In which case you DID GAIN MUSCLE, and "just" need to cut bodyfat too so you can see it.
Less carbs, no sugar, more protein.

Also albuterol in tablet or liquid form. You have to cycle it one week on / one off though (unless you're taking receptor downregulation inhibitors.) Ask /fit/ for further details.
