This time's monster is Bunyip-chan, a fluffy lamia with fur grown all over her body!
Her inspiration comes from a monster in Aboriginal Australian folklore. But rather than remaining an old myth or tradition, it has become a bit of a cryptid with investigations regarding its existence, and supposed spottings back in the 19th century.

Because most of their witnesses are supposedly killed and possibly eaten, reports of their appearance are rather inconsistent. The only common points are that they're covered in hair or fur, and that their eyes shine with a strange light, it may have a bird's head, its body may be that of a hippopotamus, crocodile, or snake, and it apparently has a roar that sounds kind of like "Boooo".
