Yeah, you can browse but for some reason they banned some countries lately from posting. If you want to post, you need to buy the 2ch viewer, a tailored browser for 2ch which costs 33 dollars a year and it has some nice features (like reading archived threads and browsing when there are too many people). I'm just happy that I still can use a US proxy to post.
