That's her hard work and good upbringing, namely good mom and grandma. I think she gives off a vibe of a person who works with what she has and tries her best. Part of it is how easily she talks about shit like playing alone or eating grass without even realizing at first that people would find it sad. It's that "it can't be helped" attitude that probably helps her power through her illness too. God bless this tenshi.
