A vast majority if not all people working as a vtuber are adults, and the minority that isn't know what porn is. Even if you're more of a buttfuck, nowhere living riajuu than the demon(angel) you'd still know what sex is at the very least. The only bad manners is making porn of someone who explicitly does not want it, but unlike in real life given that they're all playing characters to some degree (no, I'm not saying your favorite is a fake whore like that unforgivable otaku papakatsu pink haired slut, before some idolfag starts screaming at the mere implication) consent is immediately assumed. It's the reason why two of the Nurse Quartet or whatever their group name was laid down groundrules ranging from "no porn at all" to "porn with restrictions". But in the case of a lewd or more specifically a センシティブ tag merely existing, there's no problem whatsoever, despite the whole people barely using lewd tags and instead using acronyms at best thing. Since that ranges from people dumping their art to both that tag and the normal ones because of reasons I can't really comprehend, or just really bad memes people didn't want to put in a main tag, or stuff they don't want being used in thumbnails for one reason or another. Though the latter of which will usually end up not tagging their art anyways but I digress.

tl;dr Porn is fine unless explicitly stated otherwise, if a sensitive/porn tag exists then of course it'll be fine you dolt.
