My first WTC actually was Higurashi, although I'll fully admit to being an Umineko autist... I just feel 'cultist' is too strong of word. Part of the reason I am, is because Ryukishi07 was willing to own his mistakes and joke about how bad Higurashi was (as a mystery) in the middle of Umineko. Excluding the now-forsaken element of mystery, I'd be less curious about the man if Ciconia were at least as good of a story as Higurashi, except that it isn't, and it's also loaded to the gills with propaganda. So, I'm really willing to keep an open mind here.
