Prescience, super reaction time, strength, senses and balance on top of super science is at least a pretty broken powerset. Wolverine has no business fighting the things he does with regeneration, mild super strength, ninja-spy training and super senses. Also, Spidey comes from the era of silly, comedic comic exploits, so he has some Supermanesque accounting done in his favor, whereas Wolverine started out cynical and grimdark, and just gradually increased in brokenness in lockstep with his popularity, like Batman.
