Not the kind of Noble Phantasm to be used in battle but rather to be used on an unwary opponent. Holds the conceptual power to render helpless any female it is used on. It is very difficult to use, however.

By shouting "Toooooooh!", Hyper Weapons true power is released and it shoots a stream of "Imperial Juice", Rance's concentrated Prana, reducing target's all parameters by one and sealing all mental skills on succesful hit for five turns, if the enemy survives. Requires ten turns to gather enough prana to shoot and after shooting twenty turn period of resting before next release is needed.

Suitable for a king of a country.

Eye of the Mind (true): C
Heightened insight that was refined through experience. At this level the accumulated experience of fighting against many opponents helps in seeing through the enemy's attacks.

Impausible Protection of the "Rule of Funny": A+
The unexplainable ability to somehow pull through in an extremely dangerous situation. Increases Luck parameter by several ranks and enables the applying of Luck parameter instead of an another parameter once per turn. If engaged in combat, usable only once fot the length of the encounter.
