Alright, one way or another, Gensokyo needs milk.
Two options. One, all the boobhus have to regularly submit to milking. It's embarrassing and not terribly dignified, it's true, and ALL of them have to do it, but it's nothing overly strenuous when you get down to it. Two, a few boobhus must be secured and milked 24/7. Impregnation to increase milk production is likely. This method is very hard on the subjects, and their cooperation is not expected nor required, but it will allow the vast majority of Gensokyo's boobhus to live their lives unmolested.
