the poseability I get, though I'm out of touch with what non-drinkers see as the most recognizable whiskey. Perhaps Johnny Walker, though modern Johnny Walker Red/Black is sort of in the same category as Jack Daniels in that they're shit "normal people" whiskey. You know, to dilute with copious amounts of cola on designated "get shitfaced with steph and the grrls" days.

However if you're a committed shit whiskey fan or determined just to get plastered, you're going with Cutty Sark scotch or for bourbon Evan Williams or even Jim Beam (a Suntory product, incidentally). They're considerably cheaper and if you're just pouring mixers into them it doesn't matter.

I get that its just posing for fun (and I made my initial comment largely as a facetious joke) but everytime I see someone wave a bottle of jack around it signals they're not really into drinking or whiskey.
