1) Do meditation and mindfulness,
2) limit 4chan to generals you enjoy,
3) don't read the news more than 5min a day in the morning (or quit reading news altogether),
4) quit online games, they'll never make you happy and you know it, instead play real fulfilling games like RPGs or adventure games instead (or RPG/Strategy VNs), or fun games to relax (like stuff from Nintendo) which aren't there to feed your pathetic damaged ego,
5) quit Youtube completely aside from a limited amount of channel you are genuinely interested in, for which you just have to activate the bell, in the morning you'll have mail notifications for those.

Give it 2 to 8 weeks and you'll be reborn, with a functioning attention span and the ability to truly enjoy what you're consuming.
