when a yukkuri gets impregnated, typically they will sprout a "stalk" from their head that baby yukkuries will start to grow on. this consumes a bit of themselves to do so, since they have to create it out of the stuff inside their bodies.
typically it takes a little while for a baby to grow properly and there shouldn't be more than one stalk at once.
what's happening there in that picture is that since it's being raped repeatedly, stalk after stalk is being forced to sprout from its' body, consuming the entire substance of the yukkuri in the process.
