Posting Hatate doesn't feel all that bad.

Remember in MoF when Aya said that as a matter of Tengu pride, she couldn't let the heroines pass? Yeah, she lost, and then she was exiled from the Tengu City. In between MoF and SA, she was living in a cardboard box behind Kourindou, used a broken fridge as a dark room, and hand drew new newspapers on old newspaper. Who knows how she fed herself. During SA, however, Aya helped expose the power source that would later be used by the Kappa (and therefore be accessible by the Tengu) and was pardoned.

In the time she was gone, Hatate's newspaper rose in popularity as Aya's absurdist tabloid was the only competition in that field (news outside of the Tengu Village). When Aya re-emgered after being pardoned, there was no way Hatate was going to give up that success easily.

That is why Double Spoiler happens.
