I think the Aki sisters have some of the best clothing in Touhou. Especially Minoriko's.

Not to mention they'd be the perfect method of making a doujinshi depicting the life of an average farmer in Gensokyo, considering Minoriko's ability. Hell, among humans in Gensokyo, she's probably one of the more worshiped gods just because of that fact.

On another note, I think it's severe bullshit that peeing out delicious wine is all that's associated with them among most of the people in /jp/.

I love them. But I think I'm very lonely in that aspect.
