Well they've never given us her age, so all of that is coming from calculating her age according to Melty lore, since TsukiRe wasn't even announced at the time of her first appearance. But since this is a separate Fate timeline version that has absolutely no connection to her entire story, I wouldn't be surprised that they've aged her up, because she definitely looks more mature even with the stupid twintails. We won't know the truth until the new materials book, as she's supposedly getting a profile in that, or if Sanda decides to tell us her age in the new Adventures book.
