it's like Chinese groups have zero idea about encoding.
if you go for speed, you wouldn't ever use xvid in 2018.
even for compatibility, shitty 20-year old dvd players that could do xvid, wouldn't be able to do it in 1080p. and they went for AAC LC audio, not MP3.

it's also 25 fps for some reason when source is clearly 29.97 fps.
